Pashmina uses the most premium and higher-grade steel from Tata. Higher consumption of steel per sqft as compared to industry standards.

Usage of MIVAN technology in the projects ensures superior quality construction with no leakages, no cracks and superior earthquake resistance.

Premium windows with glass technology. Branded LG UPVC windows used in the project – Pashmina Waterfront. The sandwiched glass used in Lake Riviera as compared to 10 mm toughened glass. 27mm Dumal windows are used as compared to the industry standard of 20mm Jindal windows.

Asian Paint waterproofing or Dr. Fixit chemical coating used in all projects for superior durability.

In view of being harmonious with nature, Pashmina Waterfront is equipped with an automatic organic waste converter and water treatment plant.

Even though Pashmina Serene is built on just 500 sq. mtr. piece of land, we chose not to compromise and selected one of the best construction partners – Shapoorji Pallonji. The project is equipped with Mitsubishi elevators which are twice the cost of comparative brands in the market and have also used a special granite paint which is 3 times the cost of any regular paint.
