Mr. Asit Koticha has over three decades of experience in the Indian capital market and is the promoter of ASK Financials. He has featured in CNBC TV18’s ‘Wizards of Dalal Street’. Over the years the group under Mr. Asit’s mentorship has developed independent and focused expertise in the areas of Equity Research and Asset Management (both Equities and Real Estate). Mr. Koticha is also a promoter and investor in the luxury French spa and salon chain – Jean-Claude Biguine with over 21 locations across Mumbai, Bangalore & Pune.

Mr. Preet Koticha is Director at Pashmina Developers since 2016 and has brought with him a thought leadership style that amalgamates Quality, Design and Technology. He has a degree in Masters in Real Estate Development from New York University, with work experience at ASK Property Investment Advisors and Godrej Properties. Mr. Preet Koticha has also been actively involved in CSR activities with Habitat For Humanity India, which gives the marginalized people of society a quality home to live in. As a young visionary, he is looking to lead Pashmina Developers into creating many more landmarks across the country.
